Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • We ship within the United States only at this time

We pack every order with care. Vintage pieces are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a sturdy mailer or box — we want your item to arrive in the same condition it left us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item in our collection is one-of-a-kind vintage, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

That said, we work hard to be accurate and honest in our descriptions and condition grading. Before you buy:

  • Read the item description fully — we note any flaws, wear, or quirks
  • Check the listed measurements against a garment you own
  • Email us if you have sizing questions before ordering — we're happy to measure

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@mvclothes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

Condition Grades

We grade every item honestly using the following scale:

  • Excellent — Minimal or no signs of wear. Looks and feels nearly new.
  • Good — Light wear consistent with age. No major flaws. Wear-ready condition.
  • Fair — Visible wear, fading, or minor flaws noted in description. Priced accordingly.
  • Poor — Significant wear or damage, listed for display or rework purposes only.
